I must have missed this in October but I am pretty excited about Dark Horse’s upcoming Star Wars comic book series. It is called Dawn of the Jedi and is in the ground breaking pre-Republic era of the timeline. The first story arc (and hopefully not last) is called Force Storm. “Here’s your first look at the Star Wars of 25,000 years ago–before there were lightsabers, when the ties to the Force were new, and before the Jedi spread out into the galaxy.” The preview issue comes out on February 1st, 2012 followed by the first full issue on February 15th, 2012. I am pumped!
